When building your distribution centre, MLOG can assist you by introducing expertise and experience based on more than 40 years’ successful implementation of projects worldwide. The skills of our specialists are demonstrated during every phase of each project – from planning through to commissioning.

We recognise that no two warehouses are the same. Whether you are handling consumer goods or hazardous goods, frozen foods or pharmaceutical products - each sector has special requirements, as does each business. We provide customised solutions to ensure that all processes are seamlessly integrated so that your facility can be operated from the outset with exactly the performance and capacity that matches your business needs.

All services from a single source

We offer all of the services required for the construction of a logistics facility from one
source regardless of whether we are responsible for the entire project as a general
contractor, or through bringing our expertise to bear as a specialist in specific construction tasks.

Our expertise extends from project planning and system design via the processing and implementation phases, through to the provision of comprehensive after-sales support services. In addition to an experienced labour force and an efficient infrastructure, we have access to our own production plant enabling us to manufacture your most important system components in-house, fully optimised to
suit your specific requirements.

Storage and retrieval machines

Should storage and retrieval machines (SRM’s) be at the heart of your facility, then
the overall performance of your plant will be largely dependent upon their speed and reliability. For this reason, we produce these major components ourselves and can therefore guarantee the highest levels of durability; thus our SRM’s have enjoyed an excellent reputation for decades. implementation phases, through to the provision
of comprehensive after-sales support services. In addition to an experienced labour
force and an efficient infrastructure, we have access to our own production plant enabling us to manufacture your most important system  components in-house, fully optimised to suit your specific requirements.

Each SRM is handed over to the customer following extensive quality testing during
production and once full commissioning has been successfully completed by MLOG.
Through on-going development and with solutions for special sectors we continue to
extend our range and competitive advantage, including the integration of our technology in the development of a standardised modular storage system.

  • More than 2,000 SRM’s in use throughout the world
  • Modular and configurable
  • Maximum output with minimum energy consumption

Conveyor systems

We accept no compromises in the quality standards of our conveying equipment since ultimately this will maintain your material flow. We therefore manufacture all of the key components in-house to ensure reliable and smooth operation, even under adverse environmental conditions and temperatures. The intelligence of your warehouse lies in the control system. We therefore devote a great deal of time and attention to this element and in so-doing we focus on the comprehensive networking of all information, and the integration of the equipment to the higher-level data processing systems.

During the planning phase we focus on designing the optimum system layout whilst incorporating sophisticated material flow strategies to maximise the efficiency and reliability of your plant.

  • Products for every application
  • High load handling capacity
